This gated community opens to reveal buildings with stunning architecture and a huge clubhouse. All of the amenities are nestled between our lush landscaping and mature shade trees. The property also provides high-speed Internet access for our guests. The business center is finished with print, copy and fax capabilities to make everything easier. The other half of the clubhouse houses our modern fitness facility, where guests can get in a quick workout without the drive to a gym. Guests enjoy spending time at our heated, outdoor swimming pool. The pool area includes a large sundeck, a steaming spa and a relaxing sauna. The shade trees make it easy to nap in the shade, or you can tan in the sun by lounging near the pool. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!!! A LARGE FEE WILL BE FINED AND WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.
You will have access to your apartment, pool, spa, grills and gym. Please note there is only ONE designated parking spot for your reservation. There is very limited visitor parking spaces available throughout the community. There is street parking outside the community along Town Center Drive.
We are happy to assist with any questions you might have or provide tips and recommendations around the area. You will not be disturbed unless you message us through the Airbnb Message Center.

We provide starter amount of Kcup coffee, creamer, sugar, trash bags, TP, paper towels, detergents, and bathroom toiletries. Markets are nearby for restocking needs during your stay.

Trash Valet
One parking space is included on premises. Any spot is available on a first come first serve.
Temperature
For your comfort and ease of use, we use Nest thermostat controls. Simply turn the circular dial on the wall gently to the left to cool or to the right to make it warmer. Heat and cool are setting options.
WASHER/DRYER
A washer and dryer is located on the balcony outside. You will find Laundry Detergent pods in a container in the closet outside the bathroom. Only 1 laundry pod is needed to wash a full load of clothes, they are very concentrated.
Garbage disposal in the sink. Please do not put large food items in the disposal. Best to put potato peels, celery, egg shells, pasta, and any large items in the trash instead.
Clothes Steamer
To use clothes steamer, simply put water in the fill area and plug in, steam will take a moment. Be CAREFUL, steam gets very hot.
DISHWASHER
Load machine with dirty dishes, washer pods are located under the kitchen sink, only 1 pod is required, as it is very concentrated. Press start, close the dishwasher door, and it will begin a wash cycle.
Package Delivery
*Our building does not provide mail service for guests. All mail will be returned to sender.
Check-Out instructions:
Check-Out 11am. Remember to leave amenity key in apartment. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and remove all your trash including refrigerator items and dispose of in trash chute.
