The leases that we’ve come across the most range between 1-to-3-months, 3-to-6-months, and 6-to-9-month leases. No, the complexes we occupy do not allow smoking on the premises at all. If you were to smoke you would need to exit the entire complex inorder to be in compliance with our house rules.

No, we do not allow pets at our units at this time. Service animals are the only exceptions with proper documentation. Please note that service animals must be with you at all times.

No, due to legal compliance we do not allow our guests to receive mail at our locations. If you like to rent a temporary mailbox in town we can give you recommendations.

No, daily housekeeping is not provided. The space will be cleaned thoroughly by our housekeeping team prior to your arrival, but once you check in it is up to you to maintain. There is an option to purchase additional cleanings during your stay. private message us and we can discuss the details.

Yes, we do have a two-day minimum stay requirement at all of our locations. Minimum stay requirements may change for promotional purposes and holidays.
